We Ready Trucking Logistics was founded in 2014 by Patrick Miller, a dedicated business owner with a vision to break barriers and build something greater than himself. After years of working in the transportation field and seeing both the gaps in reliable regional freight service and the struggles of individuals re-entering society after incarceration, Patrick decided to create a company that addressed both needs.

He launched We Ready Trucking Logistics not only to deliver safe, efficient, and on-time freight services but also to create pathways for second-chance participants who are ready to rebuild their lives. Through hands-on training and internships, the company equips individuals returning from incarceration with the tools, mentorship, and real-world experience needed to succeed in the logistics industry.
